Our mission is to create a comfortable space where you are at ease to discuss your health. We understand that certain health issues can feel embarrassing, making it difficult to seek help. We hope that we successfully provide an atmosphere which encourages communication and comfort, especially when discussing sensitive issues.

We believe that healing best occurs in an environment of: mutual respect, trust, understanding, and caring. Our clinic uses a gentle, holistic approach that requires a commitment by the patient in terms of time, lifestyle changes, and monetary investment. We believe that this gradual approach effectively addresses stress and supports the body through the healing process. Healing generally takes time.

Naturopathic Appointments: Before your first visit, if you plan on billing insurance, please phone your insurance company and discuss your benefits so you may understand what your insurance will cover. We are NOT in network with Molina, Apple, Aetna and Cigna. We are unable to bill Medicare and Medicaid. Please understand that Insurance does not cover specialty labs nor supplements.

Our Acupuncturist is no longer in network and will no longer be billing Insurance. Acupuncture appointments are self pay.

After making your appointment, you should receive an email with appropriate paper work to bring to your first visit, including: our intake form. At the office will provide the: consent to treat form, office and financial policies. Will will need a photocopy of your insurance card and your identification card.

If you don’t have access to a computer or printer, no problem, please arrive 15-30 minutes early to fill out the forms.

Please call the office for more information regarding appointment cost for your unique situation. If finances are a concern for you, please let us know your situation and we can try to work out a treatment plan that better fits your budget.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. We attempt to provide a text or email courtesy reminder via email 48- 72 hours before your visit. If we do not receive sufficient notice of cancellation you will be billed for the entire office appointment. Please Note: Cancellations must be made by phone (509) 263-2130. Email and completing contact forms are not a sufficient method to reschedule or cancel.
